What happens to the BT Yahoo email address when I cancelled bt yahoo broadband ?

I have an email address ending with @btinternet.com





In OE I can still receive emails but not send which is ok, but I wanted to check something first as I have read differences in opinions. I read this: -





"My understanding of it is that they expire 90 days after you stop using your account unless;





1. You convert to an email only account.





2. You access using there dial up number at least once every 90 days





Note: you cannot send mail from btinternet address via another ISP.





IBT Premium mail is 拢1.50 per month but allows you to use another ISP."





I am wanting to access the account within the 90 period but wanted to check to see iff logging in on bt yahoos site (www.bt.yahoo.com) would keep the email address active?

when you get the account ceased, 99% of the time BT will cease any email address's agaisnt it,


You can speak to billing and ask them to fasttrack the account or make it a pay as you go account this will keep the email address active


Only problem if you want help with it you may need to speak to a premiem rate number
