Using Tools%26gt;options%26gt;programs then under email there is only the choice of Windows Live Mail or Outlook Express. This matters with some sites which invoke your email program to send them a message. I want it to open up Yahoo Mail instead of Hotmail.

Have you installed your Yahoo! Mail Beta in your pc?
Then it's supposed to show in the list you mentioned!
