We have four BT internet email addresses, which we are attempting to use within Microsoft Outlook 2003. However, since we arrived in Canada, we have been unable to send from three of these addresses within Outlook and we get a sending reported error (oX800CCC0F) - we did not have a proble with this on the same laptop within the UK when connected to our broadband at home - please can you advise?
BT Internet email via Microsoft Outlook 2003?
To prevent spamming it is common for ISPs to require that you send their mail servers to send mail, though you can receive mail from any account. You need to change the outgoing (SMTP) mail server on the accounts to the one provided by your new ISP.
Reply:i think you will probably have to go with a us provider like yahoo where your address would end in " .com"instead of
" .uk" probably be better for you
