Put wrong email address into bt yahoo! broadband how do i correct it?

OK, you have help in the best possible sense!





I work for BT Broadband Technical Helpdesk and can sort this out for you very quick.





What I need: email address (I can acces your password from the BT database) and a Security Question will be asked: for example...what was your mothers maiden name?





Now, the question is this. Have you confused your email address with your BT username?

Go to your email and click on options.From there you can change to another email address.You can also make alias email addresses if you want.These cant be replied to however.
