This email is to pass my compliments to Ostina Besra, who recently sorted out all my queries with BT. I was a very frustrated client because I had several contacts with other members of BT and the outcomes were not satisfactory, one or two of those staff hanged the phone on me. I even sent an email as BT highly recommends people to go on-line to do so, but no reply was received. I also sent a recorded delivery complaint letter to your Complaints Dept, but no replied had been received on the day I spoke to Ostima - She very kind listened to what I have to say and at the end of the conversation I was very happy with the outcome. To know that BT is not ripping customers off is a very positive attitude..... WELL DONE OSTIMA..... YOU HANDLED ME AND MY SITUATION VERY WELL. people like you is what BT should have at the end of the teleph.line. Many thanks again Teresita Castledine-Ruiz P.S. I like to say that a few days after my contact with Ostima I got a letter from BT asking me to get in touch to resolve the problem..
I like to send an email to bt customer service?
Looks like the e-mail address is an outgoing one only.
You could try using the form on this page:
