My uncle had this problem. He had to sign on under the non BT Yahoo internet symbol the blue 'E' and that way he could check his yahoo address.
I have a bt and a yahoo email address,how do i sign in to the yahoo email address?
go to yahoo home page and click on sign on and type in yahoo address and password
Reply:close down your bt address , enter internet browser , select yahoo %26amp; sign in !
