I already have broadband with bt and want to use the same email address on laptop how do i do it?
well yes you can

it is easy goto the website what u made the email on and sign in simple

and plus it would work if it is the same line
Reply:As long as you are using the same phone line it wont make any difference.
Reply:i think if its email u just have to put the same settings on the second computer i mean the same recieving address and the sending address. thats all.

u can get your email from any computer by just changing the settings.

u can even get the settings of yahoo mail and use it on any email program.
Reply:your e-mail address will work on any computer and in any place in the world
Reply:just access the email adress manually through a web based browser such as

https://login.yahoo.com/config/login_ver...

if you set up a nubey email client such as outlook on both computers there will be no ccoordination of email and you will have nothing but confusion about where specific emails are

isps will only show you outlook express to make setup for them quick and to keep your captive to their services

Whre does my email come from ?

Outer space ?

Just ask tech support of your isp how to access your email via a web based brower
Reply:set the email address up in accounts in outlook express
Reply:Set up the e-mail address the same as on the other computer. Do be aware that once checked on one computer, it will not be available to the other one unless you go into the mail properties and select to leave a copy on the server. This can be troublesome, especially if you get large files and the provider has a limit on the size of storage. (Most do) You must be diligent about running the check on both computers to clean out your server folder. Again this can be a problem if you want something on the laptop, and it gets pulled by the other system.
Reply:Set up the same email account and details. It works fine, but you will receive mail on the machine you are using at the time.
