The help facility says I can set up a transfer, but everytime I try to follow the instructions, I get so far and then it asks me to click on my non-bt address, but it isn't there to click on and I don't know where to go from there. Can anyone help me please?.
Have just set up my BT Yahoo Broadband %26amp; new email address but can't access my old yahoo address. Help please
To access your Yahoo! account, you first need to sign out of your BT Yahoo! account.
Hit "Sign out" at the top of the page, then go to uk.mail.yahoo.com and sign in with your Yahoo! ID - good luck :)
Reply:just go to yahoo...go to the mail section and put in your old name and password it will bring up the old account..
Reply:phone the bt technical support helpline for broad band its open until 11 tonight they solve most problems and you know the advice you will get is accurate
