Have just set up my BT Yahoo Broadband & new email address but can't access my old yahoo address. Help please
The help facility says I can set up a transfer, but everytime I try to follow the instructions, I get so far and then it asks me to click on my non-bt address, but it isn't there to click on and I don't know where to go from there. Can anyone help me please?.

To access your Yahoo! account, you first need to sign out of your BT Yahoo! account.
Hit "Sign out" at the top of the page, then go to uk.mail.yahoo.com and sign in with your Yahoo! ID - good luck :)

Since subscribing recently to BT broadband I can't access my Yahoo email service?
You should be able to,contact customer service %26amp; tell them as your paying for a service you cant fully use.They should be able to tell you what to do.When you make the call have the phone next to the computer %26amp; they should be able to talk you through what to do,step by step %26amp; you can tell them exactly whats hapening on screen.If you dont get it working they will probably arrange to send someone out to you to fix it or you can ask them to.Its the same as what would happen if your telephone wasnt working or any other service you were paying for if it didnt work sometimes you get teething problems with a new service provider.Hope this helps.

When I click on Mail from the main bt.yahoo.com homepage I get re-directed to the Yahoo uk %26amp; ireland site. It's a little irritating.
It might go back to normal it might stay like this. I can;t say but don;t fret, you're not alone.

How can i take bt of yahoo so i just have yahoo as email address and not bt?
you need to:
1. click tools
2. click internet options
3. where you can see your bt addreess replace it with the yahoo web address
4. click apply
5. click ok
Now it should be your home page.

You could try copy and pasting the folders from old to new
or (new mail) try clicking options in top right and import contacts. In this page you will see an option to import all your messages too, click the box then do it.
If this doesn't work then i don't know what to suggest.
