wait 7 days and then call up 0870 241 4567 (Billing department for BT e-mail) and ask them to change to account to a BT Yahoo! Premium Account
Reply:I just did this today. My mother moved from BT to TalkTalk and the next time I logged into BT email I got a message saying there were new limits imposed, from what I remember this was 1GB email storage, 4 sub accounts, plus a couple of other things.
There was no mention of suspending / cancelling / or charging.
